ReCell is an Italian-engineered device by Winform Medical Engineering that combines shock wave technology with radiofrequency biostimulation to address cellulite, localised fat deposits, and skin laxity without surgery or needles. The device uses ozone therapy as a preparatory step to improve cellular oxygenation, then delivers targeted radiofrequency energy to dissolve fatty tissue and simultaneously stimulate fibroblast activity — promoting lymphatic drainage and collagen and elastin production. At AV Aesthetics, ReCell sessions last 15–45 minutes per area depending on the zone being treated, and are packaged in courses of 8 or 10 sessions to achieve progressive body-contouring results. The 500 Kč initial consultation is credited toward the chosen package.
ReCell is a multi-modal body treatment device manufactured by Winform Medical Engineering in Italy. It combines three physical modalities in one session: ozone therapy for preparatory tissue priming, shock wave stimulation for drainage and fibrolysis, and radiofrequency biostimulation for collagen and elastin remodelling. The mechanism differs from cryolipolysis or high-intensity ultrasound in that it does not destroy fat cells outright but instead triggers a lipolytic cascade — breaking down the triglycerides inside fat cells while leaving the cell membranes intact. This allows the body to metabolise the released fatty acids through normal lymphatic and vascular pathways. Because no cells are destroyed, the process is sometimes described as gentler than more aggressive fat reduction modalities, and carries no risk of the paradoxical adipose hyperplasia associated with cryolipolysis. The fibroblast activation component is relevant for skin quality: radiofrequency energy heats the deep dermal layers, stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen fibres. This is why ReCell is used not only for fat reduction and cellulite, but also for post-procedural fibrotic tissue (e.g. after prior liposuction or laser) and for loose or crepey skin on the abdomen, thighs, arms, and flanks. At AV Aesthetics, each ReCell session lasts between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the size of the treatment area. The ozone preparation step is included as standard. A gel is applied to the skin before the device is moved across the target zone. Treatment courses are structured as packages: 7+1 free (8 sessions) at 7,000 Kč, or 9+1 free (10 sessions) at 9,000 Kč. A 500 Kč initial consultation fee is credited toward the selected package. Simultaneous multi-area treatment attracts an additional discount. Indications include cellulite grades I–III, localised fat deposits (abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms), skin sagging and laxity, scars, stretch marks, and post-procedural fibrotic retraction. Preparation: no specific restrictions are required, but maintaining adequate hydration and a balanced diet throughout the course supports results. Post-treatment: continue hydration and healthy nutrition habits between sessions. Contraindications: pregnancy, varicose veins in the treatment area (for legs), and metal implants within the planned treatment zone.
