The health coaching component uses validated sleep assessment tools alongside a detailed history to identify the specific pattern and likely drivers of each patient's sleep difficulty — whether circadian misalignment, stress-driven hyperarousal, sleep apnoea risk, hormonal disruption (particularly in perimenopausal women), or lifestyle factors including light exposure and caffeine timing. Evidence-based behavioural interventions based on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) are woven throughout.
