Mesotherapy
Duration
30 min
Skin hydration and revitalisation delivered by the motorised multi-needle VITAL INJECTOR device, which deposits hyaluronic acid precisely and uniformly across the treatment zone with consistent injection depth and pressure. Unlike manual mesotherapy, the VITAL INJECTOR eliminates variation between injection points, reducing bruising and ensuring even product distribution. The treatment restores skin moisture reservoirs, improves skin quality and elasticity, and produces a luminous, refreshed complexion that manual hydration cannot replicate.
Mesotherapy traditionally involves multiple superficial injections of active substances into the mesodermal layer of the skin — the zone between the epidermis and deeper dermis — to deliver nutrients, vitamins, amino acids or hydrating agents directly where they are needed. At AE Derm the VITAL INJECTOR automates this process: the device uses a series of fine needles arranged in a stamp-like configuration, driven by a motor that controls both injection depth and the volume of product delivered at each point. This mechanisation removes the inconsistency inherent in hand-injected mesotherapy: depth, spacing and delivery volume are identical at every point across the treatment zone. MUDr. Helena Závodská uses cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid preparations through the VITAL INJECTOR for skin hydration and revitalisation. Hyaluronic acid is hygroscopic — each molecule binds water up to 1,000 times its own weight — so when deposited in the superficial dermis, it creates a hydration reservoir that plumps the skin from within, improves turgor and gives skin a natural luminosity that is perceptible within a few days of treatment. Over successive sessions HA mesotherapy also provides a mild stimulation of native HA synthesis and collagen production. The same device and technique are used at AE Derm for alopecia (hair loss) treatment: in that application hyaluronic acid or plasma (PRP) is delivered into the scalp at follicle level via the VITAL INJECTOR, nourishing the perifollicular environment, improving microcirculation and stimulating follicle activity. This application is particularly suited to female pattern hair thinning and stress- or nutrition-related diffuse hair loss. The facial treatment session begins with topical anaesthetic cream; discomfort with the VITAL INJECTOR is generally described as mild. Minor punctate redness and occasional small bruises resolve within one to three days. Results for skin hydration are noticeable after the first session and consolidate over a course of three to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart; maintenance sessions every three to six months sustain the effect. The treatment is suitable year-round and can be combined with other modalities at AE Derm.
