Breathing high-concentration oxygen under increased pressure raises the amount of oxygen dissolved in the blood plasma, which the studio associates with faster recovery, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and better physical and cognitive performance. Each session runs through three phases — compression, isocompression, and decompression — and clients are advised to equalise mild ear pressure by yawning or swallowing during pressurisation.
