Orthodontic Consultation

The initial consultation at Zuboland is the starting point for any orthodontic treatment journey. During the 30–45 minute appointment, MUDr. Rabinský performs a clinical assessment of the current tooth positions, spacing, crowding, overjet, overbite, and skeletal jaw relationship. For patients who choose to proceed, a separate diagnostic records appointment is scheduled. Records typically include high-resolution intraoral and extraoral photographs, digital intraoral scans (or impressions), and, where indicated, panoramic or lateral cephalometric X-rays. These records are used to produce the 3D ClinCheck or Approver digital treatment plan that is presented to the patient before any aligners are ordered.

The consultation fee (1,000 Kč) applies to patients attending without a GP or dental referral. Documentation fees (3,600 Kč) apply to patients over 22 years old or those not covered by Czech public health insurance for orthodontics — adult orthodontics is not reimbursed under the Czech insurance system. Children and teenagers under 22 with Czech health insurance may have documentation costs covered by their insurer.
