Root canal treatment at LK Stomatologie saves teeth whose nerve has become inflamed or infected — removing the diseased pulp, disinfecting the canal system and sealing it with a definitive root filling so the tooth can remain in function instead of being extracted. Pricing is published by canal count (3,290–4,990 Kč for primary treatment, the same range for the definitive filling), and microscopic endodontics is available from 10,600 Kč for teeth with complex canal anatomy, calcified canals or failed previous treatment. Treatment is performed under local anaesthesia with rubber dam isolation, and root-treated molars are typically restored with a post build-up and crown afterwards.

Endodontic (root canal) treatment is required when the dental pulp — the nerve and blood vessels inside the tooth — becomes irreversibly inflamed or infected, usually from deep decay, a crack, or trauma. Untreated, the infection spreads beyond the root tip into the jawbone, causing abscesses and bone loss; the only alternatives are root canal treatment or extraction. A well-executed root canal lets the tooth remain in function for decades.

Primary endodontic treatment is priced by the number of canals at 3,290–4,990 Kč — front teeth typically have one…
