Treatment starts with diagnostics including two X-ray images, photographs and a digital intraoral scan, from which a personalised plan with a visualised end result is prepared. Three published Spark plan levels (Spark 10, Spark 20, Spark Advanced) cover mild crowding through complex cases, with typical treatment lasting 1–2 years followed by a retention phase with a bonded retainer and night-time retention foils.
About this treatment
Clear aligners straighten teeth using a series of removable, near-invisible transparent trays, exchanged every one to two weeks, each moving the teeth a fraction of a millimetre according to a digitally planned sequence.
