The Zoi Life Assessment represents one of the most thorough single-session preventive health evaluations available in Europe, combining up to 31 distinct clinical assessments across biology, imaging, and functional testing into a four-hour visit at the Vendome centre. The protocol covers approximately 150 blood biomarkers across 16 biological assessment categories including oxidative stress, cardiovascular, metabolic, endocrine, hepatic, renal, tumour markers, pollutant exposure, and sexual health — providing a level of biochemical detail that typically requires multiple specialist appointments. The imaging suite is substantially broader than the Pulse tier: alongside the DEXA scan for body composition and bone density, the Life protocol includes vascular, cervical (thyroid), abdominal, and pelvic ultrasounds, a cone-beam CT scan using a NewTom 7G scanner for skeletal microstructure and aortic calcification detection, and OCT retinal and optic nerve imaging for early macular degeneration and glaucoma screening.
