Surgical reduction of loose, overhanging abdominal skin — a mini-abdominoplasty for laxity confined to the lower abdomen, or a larger venter pendulus operation removing an apron of redundant skin after major weight loss or pregnancy. Performed by plastic surgeons with inpatient recovery on site.

When abdominal skin has been overstretched by pregnancy or significant weight change, no amount of exercise restores its tension — surgical removal is the definitive correction. The mini-abdominoplasty (25,000 Kč) excises the loose skin of the lower abdomen through a low transverse incision, suited to laxity below the navel with reasonable upper-abdominal tone. The venter pendulus operation (31,000 Kč) removes a larger overhanging skin apron — a functional as well as aesthetic problem that can cause intertrigo under the fold — without muscle plication. Where residual subcutaneous fat blunts the result, follow-up liposuction after the operation is 10,000 Kč, and any later scar revision due to skin tension is 2,000 Kč (a VAT-exempt medical correction). Surgery is performed under anaesthesia (billed from 4,000 Kč for the first hour) with recovery on the centre's inpatient ward (1,900 Kč/day including care, medication and meals); preventive low-molecular heparin injections are 70 Kč per day where indicated. Recovery involves several weeks in a compression garment with restricted lifting; the scar matures and fades over 6–12 months.
