About this treatment
Tumescent liposuction remains the standard surgical answer to localised fat that resists diet and exercise. The fat compartment is first infiltrated with a large volume of dilute local anaesthetic and adrenaline solution, which numbs the area, constricts vessels and firms the tissue — allowing thorough, even suction with limited bruising.
The pricing model rewards combining areas in one session: the first large area costs 18,000–21,000 Kč, the second 5,000–6,000 Kč, and each further area 6,000 Kč. Smaller fixed-price zones include the chin (8,500 Kč), knees (8,500 Kč), inner or outer thighs (11,500 Kč each, both 18,500 Kč), hips (11,000 Kč), arms (11,500 Kč, or 18,000 Kč with skin reduction) and buttocks (13,500 Kč as part of a session). Procedures run in the centre's own theatres with inpatient recovery available (1,900 Kč/day). Final contour emerges over two to three months as swelling resolves.
