Facelift & Forehead Lift

Surgical facial rejuvenation in three tiers: a complete SMAS facelift tightening the whole face and neck, a quicker lower-face-and-neck 'quickface' lift, and an isolated forehead lift for a heavy, descended brow. Lipofilling of facial wrinkles with the patient's own fat is offered as a complementary volumising procedure.

The complete facelift (49,000 Kč) repositions both the skin and the deeper SMAS layer across the whole face and neck — the structural approach that produces natural, durable correction of jowls, deep nasolabial folds and neck laxity rather than a pulled look. The quickface variant (40,000 Kč) tightens the skin of the lower face and neck with a shorter procedure and recovery, suited to moderate laxity concentrated below the cheekbones. A forehead lift (21,000 Kč) elevates and smooths a heavy, descended brow and forehead. For volume loss accompanying laxity, the centre offers lipofilling — transfer of the patient's own purified fat into facial wrinkles and hollows (7,500–10,000 Kč depending on volume) — either standalone or combined with lifting surgery. Operations are performed by the centre's plastic surgeons in its own theatres, with anaesthesia billed separately (from 4,000 Kč for the first hour) and post-operative recovery on the inpatient ward with continuous medical staffing (1,900 Kč/day including medication and meals). Swelling and bruising settle over two to three weeks for full lifts. Consultation fixes the plan and total cost; 30% deposit to book.
