Lower blepharoplasty (13,000 Kč) addresses under-eye bags and loose lower-lid skin; adding canthoplasty (15,000 Kč total) tightens the lid's outer corner support, which is relevant for patients with lax lower lids at risk of post-operative lid malposition. Treating all four lids in one session costs 21,000 Kč.

Bruising and swelling settle over one to two weeks, with sutures removed within the first week.
