Breast Surgery (Augmentation, Lift, Reduction)

Full breast surgery programme — augmentation with Mentor or polyurethane implants, mastopexy (lift), lift with augmentation, reduction, lipomodelling, implant exchange or removal, inverted nipple correction and male gynecomastia surgery — performed by plastic surgeons with long-term practice at St. Anne's Faculty Hospital in Brno, with overnight inpatient care on site.

Breast operations are the most requested procedures at the centre's plastic surgery arm. Augmentation carries a 27,000 Kč surgical fee with implants priced separately — Mentor round pairs at 32,000 Kč, Mentor anatomical at 43,000 Kč, and polyurethane-coated options at 40,000–46,000 Kč — and the clinic participates in Mentor's PatientSafe Coverage warranty programme for silicone gel implants. Sagging without volume loss is addressed by mastopexy (29,500 Kč); deflated and drooping breasts by combined lift-plus-augmentation (36,000 Kč); and symptomatic heavy breasts by reduction (31,000 Kč — VAT treatment depends on medical indication). Lipomodelling (fat-transfer enlargement) is offered in two stages (28,000 + 22,000 Kč), plus single-session lipotransfer at 27,000 Kč. Implant explantation costs 27,000 Kč alone or 38,000 Kč with simultaneous lift, and male gynecomastia correction is 20,000 Kč. Surgery takes place in the centre's own operating theatres with anaesthesiologist cover (anaesthesia from 4,000 Kč for the first hour) and recovery on the inpatient ward with continuous medical supervision (1,900 Kč per day including medication and meals). A consultation with the surgeon fixes the exact plan and total; a 30% deposit secures the date, refundable with 48+ hours' notice. Expect several weeks in a support bra and a graded return to exercise.
