Botulinum Toxin (Wrinkles & Sweating)

Physician-administered botulinum toxin for mimic wrinkles — frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet — priced transparently per unit (Botox 100 Kč/unit). Since February 2026 the centre also offers a new longer-acting botulinum toxin type with up to two months' extended effect for frown lines. Dysport treatment of excessive underarm and palm sweating is available as a VAT-exempt medical indication.

Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the small muscles whose repeated contraction etches dynamic wrinkles — between the brows, across the forehead and at the outer eye corners. At 1. Zlínské Laser Centrum the toxin is administered by physicians and billed by units actually used (Botox at 100 Kč per unit), so the price ranges reflect dose rather than a flat zone fee: frown lines 1,600–2,200 Kč, forehead 1,600–2,500 Kč, brow plus forehead 3,000–5,000 Kč, crow's feet 2,400–3,000 Kč, and all three regions together 6,000–8,000 Kč. From 1 February 2026 the centre also applies a new botulinum toxin type with an effect prolonged by up to two months, aimed primarily at limiting frowning — worth discussing at consultation if you find standard toxin wears off too quickly. The centre additionally treats focal hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) with Dysport at 30 Kč per unit — underarms 5,000–12,000 Kč, palms and soles 6,000–12,000 Kč. As a medical indication this is VAT-exempt; relief typically lasts several months per treatment. Effect onset for cosmetic toxin is within days, peaking around two weeks, lasting roughly three to six months.
