Blepharoplasty (Upper & Lower Eyelid Surgery)
Dr. Zhuravsky performs both upper and lower blepharoplasty. Upper eyelid surgery removes or redistributes excess skin and fat via an incision in the natural eyelid crease; lower blepharoplasty uses fat transposition (not removal) anchored to bone to eliminate under-eye bags and hollowing. Both procedures allow return to office work within one week.

Botox, Wrinkle Relaxers & Dermal Fillers
Z Face offers a full injectable menu including Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify, and Dysport for wrinkle relaxation, plus hyaluronic acid fillers for lip volume, cheek projection, chin definition, and under-eye hollowing. All injectables are administered by a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Appointments run approximately 10 minutes for neuromodulators.

rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)
Dr. Zhuravsky performs open and closed rhinoplasty, septoplasty, ultrasonic piezotome rhinoplasty, cartilage grafting, and ethnic and revision variants. Every consultation includes computer morphing to preview results. Anesthesia fees are separate; the external splint is removed at day 7, with light activity resuming within 7–10 days and final results developing over one year.

Deep Plane Facelift
Dr. Zhuravsky's preferred facelift technique is the deep plane approach, which repositions underlying facial muscles and tissues rather than merely tightening skin. The procedure addresses cheeks, jowls, jawline, and neck laxity. SMAS plication and mini-lift options are also available. Sutures are removed at week one and most patients report peak satisfaction by weeks three to six.
