Preparation required
Discuss the full course with your child's paediatrician before starting. Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before each session. Both parent and child should be free of cold/flu symptoms before each booking. Pack a water bottle, comfort items, and dress both in comfortable cotton clothing without metal fastenings. Schedule sessions a few days apart for the typical short-course protocol; the studio does not impose a fixed cadence. The session is contraindicated for untreated pneumothorax, active middle-ear infection, recent ear/chest surgery, fever or pregnancy in the parent.
