A straightforward extraction costs 400–550 zł, while surgical removal of a wisdom tooth ranges from 550 to 1,500 zł depending on its position and difficulty. The clinic offers computer-controlled anaesthetic for added comfort and provides aftercare guidance for healing.

Extraction is the removal of a tooth and is considered when a tooth is too damaged or decayed to restore, is severely loosened by gum disease, or — in the case of wisdom teeth — is impacted, repeatedly infected or crowding the mouth. WellDent's oral surgeons carry out both simple and surgical extractions under local anaesthetic. A simple extraction of a visible, accessible tooth is priced at 400–550 zł, whereas a wisdom tooth, which may be partly or fully buried and need a surgical approach, ranges from 550 to 1,500 zł according to how difficult it is to remove. Before an extraction the dentist reviews the tooth, usually with an X-ray, to plan the procedure and discuss it with you. The area is fully numbed — the clinic also offers a computer-controlled anaesthetic delivery system for a gentler injection at 100 zł where appropriate — and the tooth is then removed, with surgical cases sometimes requiring a small incision and stitches. Afterwards you are given clear instructions to help the socket heal and to reduce the risk of complications, and the team can advise on replacing the tooth later with an implant or bridge if needed. Extraction is appropriate for adults and, through the clinic's paediatric service, children with teeth that cannot be kept; the surgeon assesses each case, explains whether it is a simple or surgical removal and confirms the fee before proceeding.
