The Men's Health Check is positioned as an accessible, focused screening package for men who want targeted preventive investigation without the time commitment or cost of a full executive assessment. The programme covers the clinical areas most relevant to male-specific health risks: prostate health (PSA), reproductive health (testosterone plus testicular and scrotal ultrasound), metabolic risk (cholesterol, lipids, glucose, HbA1c), organ function (kidney and liver panels), and cardiovascular assessment (ECG). Urine flow rate measurement is included to assess lower urinary tract function — a practical screening for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and other conditions that commonly affect men from middle age onwards. The blood panel covers calcium, phosphate, and a full metabolic profile alongside the hormone and organ function markers, providing a reasonably broad biochemical picture within the focused scope of the check. Results are available within five working days. No GP referral is required — the check is available on a self-referral, self-pay basis. Optional add-ons including bowel cancer screening and echocardiogram are available at additional cost for patients who want to extend the assessment.
