The women's Core Executive Screen follows the same comprehensive full-day structure as the men's programme, with clinical components tailored to female-specific screening needs. The assessment runs from morning to early evening under the guidance of a dedicated chaperone, with the executive lounge and concierge service providing a premium patient experience throughout. In addition to the shared elements — brain MRI and MRA, abdominal and pelvic MRI, body composition MRI, echocardiogram, carotid ultrasound, lung function testing, fibroscan, comprehensive blood panel, and full dermatology screening with mole mapping — the women's screen incorporates 3D mammography (tomosynthesis) with breast ultrasound, providing significantly greater sensitivity for dense breast tissue compared with standard 2D mammography. A cervical smear and Cancer Antigen 125 (CA-125) blood test are included as part of the gynaecological screening component. CA-125 is an ovarian cancer marker that, whilst not diagnostic in isolation, provides a useful baseline when tracked over time alongside clinical and imaging findings.
