The Core Executive Screen represents Welbeck's flagship preventive health assessment, structured as a full-day experience running from approximately half past eight in the morning through to early evening. Rather than a quick check-up, this is a systematic investigation across every major organ system, designed to identify early disease markers years before symptoms would typically prompt a visit to the GP. The imaging component alone goes well beyond what is available through the NHS screening pathway. A dedicated abdominal and pelvic MRI examines the liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, and surrounding structures for masses, cysts, or anatomical abnormalities. Brain MRI and MRA assess for structural lesions, vascular malformations, and early neurodegenerative markers. Body composition analysis via MRI provides precise measurements of visceral fat, muscle mass, and organ fat deposition — data points increasingly recognised as stronger predictors of metabolic risk than BMI alone. Cardiovascular assessment includes resting ECG, echocardiogram to evaluate heart structure and function, and carotid artery ultrasound to detect early atherosclerotic plaque. Full lung function testing, a comprehensive blood panel, testicular ultrasound, PSA screening, fibroscan for liver stiffness, and a full dermatology skin cancer review with digital mole mapping round out the clinical programme. A dedicated chaperone accompanies the patient throughout the day, and the concierge-level environment includes an executive lounge with personalised meals.
