An enhanced full-day executive health assessment for women building on the Core Executive Screen with clinically indicated additions. May include cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET), chest CT, colonoscopy, DEXA bone density scan, and coronary CT angiography based on individual risk factors.

The women's Bespoke Executive Screen extends the Core programme with additional investigations chosen to match each patient's personal and familial risk profile. A pre-assessment consultation allows the clinical team to review medical history, current concerns, and screening priorities before tailoring the assessment day. Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is particularly valuable for women approaching or in menopause, when cardiovascular risk rises significantly due to declining oestrogen levels. The test provides objective measurements of aerobic capacity and cardiac function under exertion that can inform exercise prescription and identify subclinical cardiac limitations. Coronary CT angiography offers direct visualisation of the coronary arteries — especially relevant given that heart disease remains the leading cause of death in women but is frequently underdiagnosed due to atypical symptom presentation. DEXA scanning addresses bone health, a critical concern for postmenopausal women at elevated risk of osteoporosis. The scan provides precise bone mineral density measurements at the hip and spine alongside body composition data. Chest CT and colonoscopy may be recommended based on age, symptoms, or family history. As with the men's bespoke programme, the additional investigations are clinically directed rather than a fixed checklist, ensuring that the assessment addresses genuine risk areas rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
