The massage programme at WE CARE Liberec is delivered as part of the clinic's integrative approach to physical and mental wellbeing. Rather than a standalone spa service, massage here sits within a therapeutic context — therapists coordinate with the physiotherapy and naturopathy team, and each session is adapted to the client's current physical and health status.
Sports and relaxation massage (60 min 1,200 Kč / 30 min 660 Kč)
Deep tissue and effleurage techniques targeting the superficial and deeper musculature to relieve chronic muscle tension, reduce post-exercise DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), and improve tissue extensibility. Particularly effective for office workers with trapezius/levator scapulae tension and athletes in training. The 30-minute session is also offered as a combo with physiotherapy (physio + massage 30+30 min = 1,400 Kč total).

Preparation required
Arrive hydrated. For lymphatic drainage, avoid heavy meals 2 hours before. For aromatherapy, inform the therapist of any known essential oil sensitivities. Pregnancy clients should inform the therapist of gestational week and any obstetric complications.
