What's included

5 deliverables in this treatment

  • Custom panel assembly across 9 biomarker domains by the clinic's medical team
  • Blood draw with laboratory processing

  • Follow-up consultation with doctor for results review
  • Personalised intervention plan covering diet, supplementation, and therapeutic referrals

WE CARE Liberec's custom longevity blood screening goes far beyond a standard health check panel. Assembled by the clinic's medical team — including haematologist MUDr. Daša Rezková — the panel spans nine domains: extended complete blood count with differential, coagulation markers, glucose and insulin resistance indicators, a full lipid spectrum, liver and kidney function tests, systemic inflammation markers (CRP, interleukins), hormonal profiling, vitamins and minerals, iron metabolism, and oncological risk markers. This is a tailored rather than fixed panel, allowing the doctor to prioritise domains based on your health history and goals. Results are interpreted through a functional medicine lens, identifying patterns that standard reference ranges might miss.

About this treatment

The Blood Screening Longevity Panel at WE CARE Liberec is the clinic's flagship diagnostic offering for clients who want a comprehensive, evidence-based picture of their biological age and systemic health. It is not a fixed list of tests but a consultative, bespoke assembly designed by the medical team for each individual, with haematologist MUDr. Daša Rezková available for specialist interpretation where haematological markers require deeper analysis.

The panel is organised across nine functional domains:

1. Extended CBC (Complete Blood Count)

Panel categories

Anti-Aging & Longevity Panel

Biomarkers tested

10
4-OH Oestradiol ng/mL

Metabolite of estradiol.

Cortisol µg/dL

The primary stress hormone, produced by the adrenal glands. Cortisol regulates metabolism, immune response, blood pressure, and the sleep-wake cycle. Chronically elevated cortisol from stress contributes to weight gain, immune suppression, and metabolic dysfunction.

DHEA-S µg/dL

Precursor to other hormones

Epi-Testosterone mg/day

Metabolite of testosterone.

HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin) %

Reflects your average blood sugar over the past 2–3 months by measuring the percentage of hemoglobin with attached glucose. HbA1c is the gold standard for diagnosing and monitoring diabetes, unaffected by daily fluctuations.

Homocysteine µmol/L

An amino acid produced during protein metabolism. Elevated homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease, stroke, and cognitive decline. Levels are lowered by adequate B12, folate, and B6 intake.

hs-CRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) mg/L

A highly sensitive test for low-grade chronic inflammation linked to cardiovascular disease risk. Lower hs-CRP values are associated with better cardiovascular outcomes.

IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) ng/mL

A hormone produced mainly by the liver in response to growth hormone. IGF-1 mediates many of growth hormone's effects on tissue growth and repair. It's more stable than GH, making it a better marker for growth hormone status.

Insulin µIU/mL

The hormone produced by the pancreas to regulate blood sugar. Elevated fasting insulin — even with normal glucose — is an early marker of insulin resistance, which precedes type 2 diabetes by years. Key biomarker in longevity medicine.

Vitamin D (25-OHD) ng/mL

The best indicator of overall vitamin D status. Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption, bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Deficiency is extremely common, especially in northern latitudes, and linked to increased disease risk.
