VS Lasera removes unwanted red facial and leg veins (telangiectasia, spider veins) with the IDAS 532 nm laser, a wavelength strongly absorbed by haemoglobin that collapses small red vessels while sparing surrounding skin. Most treatments are completed in a single session; denser vein networks or areas with higher blood pressure may need a repeat. Discomfort depends on the body area — thighs, back, and cheeks are relatively painless, while the area behind the knees, the sides of the nose, and above the upper lip are more sensitive. After facial treatment the skin is red on day one and should be cooled with ice compresses; on the legs the treated veins briefly trace brown before fully fading over several weeks. Movement is not restricted at any point.
Visible small veins — red telangiectasia on the cheeks and nose, and red or blue spider veins on the legs — are a cosmetic concern that responds well to vascular laser treatment, which remains the standard for vessels too small for sclerotherapy injections. **How it works:** The IDAS laser emits at 532 nm, a wavelength preferentially absorbed by haemoglobin in blood. When the pulse passes through the skin into a small vessel, the absorbed energy heats and coagulates the blood, collapsing the vessel wall. The body then gradually resorbs the closed vessel over the following weeks. Because the surrounding skin contains far less haemoglobin, it is largely unaffected by the pulse. **Treatment course:** VS Lasera clears most vein findings in a single visit. Repeat sessions are reserved for denser networks of vessels or body areas where blood pressure in the vessels is higher (which makes vessels reopen more easily). **Comfort by area:** Sensation varies with location — the fronts of the thighs, the back, and the cheeks are relatively comfortable, while the hollows of the knees, the sides of the nose, and the area above the upper lip are more sensitive. **Healing:** After facial vein treatment the skin is reddened on the first day and should be cooled with ice compresses. On the legs, the treated veins typically appear traced in brown immediately after the session — this is expected and the markings disappear completely over several weeks. Normal movement and activity are not restricted. **Pricing:** Sessions are billed by active laser time — minor procedures 500–1,400 Kč, up to 10 minutes 1,800 Kč, 11–20 minutes 2,400 Kč, 21–30 minutes 3,100 Kč — so the cost scales directly with the extent of the vein findings, estimated at consultation.

Who Is This For?
Red veins on the cheeks and nose, spider veins on the legs, post-treatment of vessels too fine for sclerotherapy
What's Included
Preparation Required
No special preparation required. After facial treatment, cool the area with ice compresses on day one. On the legs, expect treated veins to appear brown temporarily before fading over several weeks.
Billed by active treatment time: minor procedures 500–1,400 Kč; up to 10 minutes 1,800 Kč; 11–20 minutes 2,400 Kč; 21–30 minutes 3,100 Kč. Prices are final. Most veins are cleared in a single visit; denser networks or high-pressure areas may need a repeat session.
