VS Lasera performs laser hair removal with the LEDA diode laser, whose wavelength also allows treatment of lighter hair shades — not just dark hair. Practically all unwanted body hair can be treated except the area around the eyes, with per-area pricing published for more than 20 zones from the upper lip to full legs and back. The integrated Zimmer cold-air cooling system keeps sessions comfortable, and treated skin shows only mild pinkness that fades within hours. Upper-lip hair typically resolves in about three visits, while most other body areas need roughly five sessions spaced across the hair growth cycle. Hair should be 1–2 mm long at the appointment — neither overgrown nor plucked.
About this treatment
Laser hair removal works by selective photothermolysis: the laser energy is absorbed by melanin in the hair shaft and follicle, heating and disabling the follicle root while the surrounding skin is protected by surface cooling. VS Lasera uses the LEDA diode depilation laser, a professional system whose wavelength extends effective treatment to lighter hair shades that many older devices cannot target.
Why multiple sessions
Hair follicles cycle between growth (anagen), transition, and resting phases, and only follicles in the active growth phase respond fully to laser energy. At VS Lasera, around three visits usually suffice for the upper lip, while most other body areas need approximately five sessions to catch the full follicle population as it cycles. Sessions are scheduled weeks apart to align with regrowth.

Preparation required
Trim hair to 1–2 mm before your appointment. Do not pluck, wax, or epilate beforehand — the follicle must be intact. A standalone spot test (400 Kč) is available to check skin response first.
