VS Lasera treats wrinkles and acne scars with the EXELO 2 fractional CO2 laser, a scanner-guided system that places laser micro-beams in a programmed pattern of up to 400 points per square centimetre rather than ablating the skin surface uniformly. This fractional approach leaves intact skin between treated points, so healing is faster and more comfortable than classic full-field resurfacing. The face, neck, décolletage, and backs of the hands can all be treated. An integrated cryo-unit blows cooled air across the skin during treatment, so no injectable anaesthesia is needed. Superficial wrinkles typically respond to a single session; deeper wrinkles are retreated after roughly a month. Post-treatment redness lasts at most a few days and can be covered with makeup. An Er:YAG laser is also available for small skin growths and minor scar work.
