Aesthetic mesotherapy at VS Lasera uses fine-needle micro-injections of active substance blends into targeted areas of skin and subcutaneous tissue to dissolve localised fat deposits, improve circulation and lymphatic clearance, strengthen connective tissue, and reduce the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks. Depending on the blend, the injections release fat from the subcutaneous layer, support its metabolic removal, and firm the overlying tissue — making the method suitable for body contouring of stubborn zones such as the waist, and for shrinking benign fatty lumps (lipomas). A course of around ten sessions typically reduces waist circumference by several centimetres, and the clinic positions the method as a complement to a reduction diet rather than a replacement for liposuction in cases of larger fat volume.
About this treatment
Mesotherapy delivers active compounds exactly where they are needed — into the skin and the subcutaneous fat layer — via a series of shallow micro-injections with a fine needle. Compared with creams (which barely penetrate) or systemic treatment (which disperses everywhere), this targeted delivery concentrates the effect in the treated zone.
Mechanisms
