BioRepeel Cl3 is a patented biphasic chemical peel system developed by CMed Aesthetics in Italy. Unlike traditional single-phase chemical peels that rely on acid exfoliation alone, BioRepeel combines a lipophilic (oil-soluble) phase containing 35% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) with a hydrophilic (water-soluble) phase containing amino acids, vitamins (C, B2, B6), GABA, and squalane. This biphasic formulation delivers controlled exfoliation and active ingredient penetration simultaneously, producing visible skin renewal without the heavy flaking and prolonged downtime associated with traditional medium-depth TCA peels. The practitioner cleanses and degreases the skin before applying the BioRepeel solution in a thin, even layer across the face. The peel is left on the skin for 5-10 minutes depending on skin type and tolerance, during which patients feel a mild warming or tingling sensation. The product is then neutralised and removed.
