The initial visit at Vitality Clinic is a comprehensive 50-minute session with Dr. Ilona Molińska or Dr. Marta Fabich-Krok, both IFM-certified functional medicine physicians. The consultation follows a systems biology approach, identifying upstream drivers of chronic conditions rather than managing symptoms in isolation. A personalised plan is then prepared covering pharmacotherapy where needed, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle modifications. Follow-up appointments (30 minutes, 350 zł) are used to review test results and adjust protocols.
