Mole Removal
Duration
30 min
CO2 laser removal of unwanted benign skin lesions such as small moles, skin tags, fibromas and other surface changes. At V Clinic each lesion is assessed by a physician before removal, and the laser allows precise, controlled treatment of individual spots. Pricing is per single lesion, with more complex changes quoted individually after assessment.
Skin lesion removal with a CO2 laser uses a finely focused beam to precisely vaporise unwanted benign surface changes — for example small moles, skin tags, fibromas, and similar lesions — with control over depth and surrounding tissue. Because the laser works precisely, it is well suited to treating individual spots, including in areas where a neat result matters. At V Clinic a physician first assesses the lesion to confirm it is appropriate for cosmetic laser removal; anything that looks clinically suspicious is referred for proper medical evaluation rather than simply removed, and only the physician decides what is suitable. Suitable lesions are treated under local anaesthetic in a short appointment. Afterwards a small scab forms over each treated spot and is allowed to heal over one to two weeks, with aftercare and sun protection advised to support healing and reduce the chance of marking. Most single lesions are straightforward and priced per lesion, while larger or more difficult changes are quoted individually following assessment. This treatment is intended for benign cosmetic concerns; it is not a substitute for dermatological examination of changing or worrying moles, and the physician will direct you appropriately if further assessment is needed.
