BTL EMTONE at VESUNA combines two distinct physical energies — monopolar radiofrequency and targeted pressure energy (TPE) — delivered simultaneously through a single handpiece. This dual-energy delivery is the defining feature of EMTONE relative to standalone RF or massage-based cellulite devices: while RF heats the deep dermis to stimulate collagen remodelling, the TPE component creates rapid, alternating pressure pulses that physically disrupt the fibrous septa responsible for the dimpled appearance of cellulite. Cellulite develops through a combination of five interrelated factors: fibrous bands pulling the skin surface downward, enlarged fat chambers pressing upward, compromised microcirculation, reduced skin elasticity, and accumulation of metabolic waste in the interstitial tissue.
