The Anti-Aging Laser programme at VESUNA MED is a multi-platform laser protocol that sequences different wavelengths and delivery modes across the face and neck to achieve a comprehensive rejuvenation result that no single laser system produces alone. The treatment combines technologies from the Fotona StarWalker and Alma Pixel CO2 — each addressing a distinct layer and concern — in a physician-designed sequence tailored to the individual patient's skin assessment. The protocol begins with a non-ablative phase using the Fotona StarWalker in its long-pulse Nd:YAG mode (1064nm). This wavelength penetrates to the deep dermis without disturbing the epidermis, delivering bulk heating that stimulates the fibroblasts responsible for collagen and elastin production. The skin is warmed from within, tightening the dermal scaffold and improving the overall firmness of the face and neck without any surface disruption. This deep thermal phase targets early jowling, neck laxity, and mid-face volume loss from collagen depletion. The second phase shifts to the surface, using the Fotona StarWalker's KTP (532nm) or Q-switched modes to address pigmentation irregularities — sunspots, melasma, uneven tone — by selectively targeting melanin in the superficial layers. Because the long-pulse phase has already warmed and prepared the dermis, the pigment-targeting phase achieves better clearance with lower fluences than it would in isolation. The final phase applies the Alma Pixel CO2 in fractional mode at a conservative density across the neck and selected facial areas.
