VELKÁ ortodoncie in Ostrava offers both Invisalign and Spark clear aligner systems, prescribed and managed by orthodontic specialist MUDr. Barbora Velká, MBA. Each patient receives a custom-planned series of transparent aligners fabricated to gradually move teeth into the desired position. Aligners are worn 20–22 hours per day and changed approximately every two weeks, with fewer in-office visits required compared to fixed braces. Invisalign patients can use the Virtual Care remote monitoring system — photographing teeth with the Invisalign Lens and My Invisalign app so the orthodontist tracks progress digitally. Spark aligners, offered since May 2021, use a different material composition and may be recommended based on individual clinical needs. Both systems are removable for meals and oral hygiene and contain no metal parts.
