The physical examination includes everything in the standard programme plus more detailed musculoskeletal assessment and screening for age-related conditions. The expanded laboratory panel builds on the 30+ blood work with additional markers. Vitamin D (25-hydroxyvitamin D) assessment is included as a standard component, reflecting the high prevalence of vitamin D insufficiency in Central European populations, particularly in women over 50 where it correlates with bone density loss. The biochemistry panel is broadened to include additional metabolic markers relevant to post-menopausal health.
