This combined examination pairs the standard brain MRI protocol with time-of-flight MR angiography of the intracranial arteries. The brain component provides parenchymal assessment while the angiographic sequences map the circle of Willis, anterior and middle cerebral arteries, posterior cerebral arteries, and basilar artery. At 64,500 HUF for both components, this package offers meaningful savings over separate bookings. The study is particularly indicated for patients with thunderclap headache, family history of intracranial aneurysm, transient ischaemic attacks, or unexplained neurological symptoms where both structural and vascular causes need exclusion. Additional carotid artery assessment can be added for 15,000 HUF if extracranial vascular evaluation is needed — creating a comprehensive neurovascular screening from the aortic arch to the brain in a single visit.
