Liposuction at UEM Prague removes diet-resistant fat deposits from areas such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, knees and chin, with transparent per-area pricing: one area 16,000–26,000 Kč, two areas from 26,000 Kč, three areas from 36,000 Kč, and chin liposuction from just 6,000 Kč. Compression garments and complete post-operative care are included. Smaller areas run under local anesthesia with same-day discharge; multi-area sessions can be done under sedation or general anesthesia with an included overnight ward stay.

Liposuction permanently removes localized fat cells through small (3–5 mm) incisions using thin suction cannulas — the definitive treatment for genetically stubborn fat pockets that persist despite normal weight: lower abdomen, hips and flanks, outer and inner thighs, inner knees, and the submental (double chin) area. It is a contouring procedure for people near healthy weight, not a weight-loss method. UEM's published per-locality pricing makes costs predictable: a single area costs 16,000–26,000 Kč depending on size (the chin, as a small area, runs 6,000–16,000 Kč; inner knees a flat 16,000 Kč), with two areas at 26,000–36,000 Kč and three at 36,000–46,000 Kč — meaningfully below Western European rates for surgeon-performed liposuction. Tumescent local anesthesia is standard for one or two smaller areas, with the patient walking out the same day; larger multi-area sessions add analgosedation (2,000–10,000 Kč) or general anesthesia (6,000–12,000 Kč) and may include an overnight stay on the in-house ward. A compression garment — included in the price — is worn for 4–6 weeks to help the skin retract smoothly over the new contour. Bruising and swelling settle over 2–4 weeks; the refined silhouette emerges fully at about 3 months. Because removed fat cells do not regenerate, results are lasting at stable body weight. As with all UEM operations, post-op checks, medication and corrective touch-ups within 6–12 months are included.
