Mesotherapy is a technique in which small amounts of an active solution are introduced just beneath the skin's surface through many superficial micro-injections, so the ingredients are delivered directly where they are intended to act. Depending on the area and the formulation used, it is aimed at improving skin hydration, tone and overall quality, refreshing tired-looking skin on the face, neck, décolletage or hands, or supporting the scalp. At Tymodent mesotherapy is part of the aesthetic-medicine offer and begins with a consultation (100 zł) to assess the area and choose an appropriate protocol. Scalp mesotherapy is listed from 350 zł, and mesotherapy of the face, neck, décolletage or hands from 350–650 zł depending on the region treated and the product chosen; an anti-cellulite option is also available from 350 zł. The treatment is performed with fine needles, often after applying numbing cream for comfort, and takes around half an hour; you may have slight redness and tiny injection marks for a day. Because the effect is cumulative, mesotherapy is generally recommended as a course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance, rather than as a one-off. It is commonly combined with other skin treatments as part of a wider plan. Mesotherapy may support better-hydrated, fresher-looking skin, with results that build gradually; the physician reviews your suitability, any allergies and contraindications — including pregnancy and breastfeeding — before starting and agrees the number of sessions with you.
