The treatment begins with a digital scan (iTero or equivalent) to capture a 3D model of the patient's dentition, which is then used to generate a ClinCheck treatment plan — a digital simulation showing predicted tooth movements from start to finish before a single aligner is made. This allows the patient to visualise their result before committing. Aligners are removable, which means they are taken out for eating and brushing, eliminating the dietary restrictions and hygiene challenges associated with fixed metal braces. Treatment duration varies from as little as six months for mild crowding (Invisalign Lite) to 18–24 months for complex cases involving multiple arch corrections. The clinic offers Invisalign as an alternative to conventional metal and ceramic braces for adults and older teenagers who prioritise discretion.
