Thread lifting at Top Laser Olomouc uses two complementary systems — Meso-Cogs caprolactone threads and Mesonite/Nanonite threads — for minimally invasive lifting and collagen stimulation without surgery, scars, or general anaesthesia. Meso-Cogs are biocompatible caprolactone threads inserted via cannula into the subcutaneous plane; the cogs grip soft tissue to create immediate mechanical lift while the thread material simultaneously stimulates new collagen and elastin production, improving skin quality beyond the lifting effect alone. Mesonite threads (FTC — Fine Thread Collagen technology) work deeper in the SMAS layer — the muscular fascia beneath the skin — using hair-thin threads delivered via special injecting microneedles to restructure the deeper facial support framework. Both systems are worldwide-certified, fully absorbable, and require no general anaesthesia. Results are immediate and last approximately one to two years. Treatment areas span the full face, neck, décolletage, and selected body zones including breasts, hips, buttocks, inner thighs, and arms.
