The Harmony XL Laser 360 is a three-module combination laser protocol exclusive to Alma Lasers technology, combining AFT intense pulsed light, near-infrared deep heating, and fractional Er:YAG resurfacing in a single treatment programme. At Top Laser Olomouc, the Harmony XL system delivers each modality in sequence over a 60-day programme, targeting vascular lesions, pigmentation, and surface texture simultaneously — an approach the clinic calls 'Laser 360'. The 540 nm AFT module targets dilated capillaries and melanin-based discolouration; the 780–950 nm ST NIR module heats the dermis to stimulate collagen; and the 2940 nm Er:YAG Pixel module ablates the outermost skin layers for resurfacing. EMLA topical anaesthetic cream is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort. Optimal timing is autumn through early spring to avoid UV interference with healing. Results include improved skin tone uniformity, reduced capillaries, softened fine lines, and a healthier overall complexion.

Preparation required
Avoid sun tanning for at least 4 weeks before treatment. Do not apply self-tanner. Arrive with clean skin — no makeup. Inform the doctor of any photosensitising medications.
