The Super Midtown Dock condenses what would normally be a multi-week series of specialist appointments into a single structured day at Tokyo Midtown Clinic. It is designed for patients who want the most thorough screening available without the logistical burden of scheduling and attending multiple clinics. The imaging suite goes well beyond the standard dock. In addition to the head MRI/MRA included in the Midtown Dock, the Super package adds chest and abdominal CT scans for detailed cross-sectional views of the lungs, liver, pancreas, kidneys, and lymph nodes. Low-dose lung CT is increasingly recognised as a superior screening tool compared to chest X-ray alone, particularly for early-stage lung cancer detection in current or former smokers. Abdominal CT provides complementary information to ultrasound, better visualising the pancreas, retroperitoneal structures, and vascular anatomy. The laboratory panel expands to include tumour markers such as CEA, AFP, CA19-9, and PSA (for men), along with additional hormonal and nutritional markers. Specialist consultations are woven into the day: a cardiologist reviews the ECG and may perform additional cardiac assessment, an ophthalmologist screens for glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy, and a dermatologist examines the skin for suspicious lesions.
