New-client onboarding follows a three-step pressure ramp across the first three visits — 1.25 ATA, then 1.35 ATA, then 1.5 ATA. From the fourth session onward the chamber operates at its 1.5 ATA maximum for routine visits. This is a single-service onboarding protocol, not three separately-bookable pressure tiers — every regular client converges to 1.5 ATA after the third session.

Preparation required
Avoid alcohol and heavy meals for 2–3 hours before each session. Wear comfortable cotton clothing without metal fastenings, strong fragrances, or strongly synthetic / static-prone fabrics. Inform staff of any cold, flu, sinus or ear-infection symptoms before your session — ear-equalisation can be uncomfortable when congested. Bring a water bottle. Sessions are not advised during pregnancy, with active middle-ear infection, untreated pneumothorax, recent ear or thoracic surgery, certain pulmonary conditions, current chemotherapy, or several specific drug regimens — review the studio's published contraindications list and discuss any medical history with the team during the pre-session interview. New clients are screened on arrival; the first three sessions ramp the pressure (1.25 → 1.35 → 1.5 ATA) before routine visits at 1.5 ATA from session four onward.
