TK TrichoKare's trichological consultation is the foundation of every client's journey at the centre. Delivered by trained therapists under the guidance of founder and Head Trichologist Ms Raynell Zhang — founding president of the International Society of Trichology — the consultation begins with a detailed assessment of the client's hair and scalp using professional trichoscopy tools. Therapists evaluate scalp condition (oiliness, dryness, inflammation, dandruff, sensitivity), hair density, follicle health, hair shaft integrity, and signs of androgenetic or reactive hair loss. Lifestyle factors including diet, stress, hormonal changes, and medication history are also reviewed to build a full clinical picture. Based on the assessment, a customised treatment protocol is recommended from the centre's menu of scalp and hair therapies. The consultation is typically included as part of the first treatment session, making it a low-barrier entry point for clients new to trichological care. All five Singapore locations offer consultations, with flexible weekday and weekend appointments available. The centre serves clients aged 21 and above, including Singapore citizens, PRs, and EP/SP holders.
