Non-surgical skin tightening at The Aesthetic Studio centres on two of the most clinically validated energy-based technologies available: High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and radiofrequency (RF) microneedling. The Ultraformer MPT is a premium HIFU platform that delivers focused ultrasound energy to precise depths beneath the skin surface — including the SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) layer, which is the same anatomical layer targeted in a surgical facelift. Heating the SMAS triggers immediate tissue contraction and a sustained collagen remodelling response over the following three to six months, progressively lifting the brow, cheeks, jowls, and neck without any incisions. The Ultraformer MPT's multi-point transducer cartridges allow faster treatment and more precise depth targeting than older HIFU systems. Morpheus8 combines fractional RF energy with microneedling: an array of fine gold-tipped needles penetrates the dermis and delivers radiofrequency heat at controlled depths, remodelling collagen and tightening both the dermis and underlying subdermal layers. It is particularly effective for lower-face laxity, neck crepiness, and improving skin texture alongside its tightening effect. Forma is a non-invasive RF skin tightening device used for gentle, pain-free facial tightening in a series of sessions — well-suited to younger patients with mild laxity or as a maintenance treatment. The clinic also offers Titanium Lifting, which combines deep and superficial RF energy passes for a multi-layer tightening effect.
