Picosecond Laser delivers ultra-short laser pulses measured in picoseconds (trillionths of a second), shattering pigment particles into dust-like fragments that are more easily cleared by the immune system. It is the gold-standard treatment for stubborn pigmentation including melasma, sun spots, freckles, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, as well as for tattoo removal. The rapid pulse duration also triggers a collagen induction effect (LIOB — Laser-Induced Optical Breakdown), improving overall skin texture. Fractional CO2 Laser ablates microscopic columns of skin while leaving surrounding tissue intact, stimulating wound healing and significant collagen remodelling. It is highly effective for acne scars (both ice-pick and boxcar types), deep wrinkles, and general skin resurfacing. Downtime is five to seven days of redness and peeling. The 4D Laser Facelift is a multi-pass Fotona Er:YAG and Nd:YAG protocol delivering four laser modes in sequence: smooth (non-ablative collagen stimulation), FRAC3 (fractional treatment of pigment and texture), PIANO (bulk heating for tightening), and Superficial (light ablation for finish). It achieves facelift-like results without downtime. Carbon Laser Peel (Hollywood Peel) applies a carbon mask to the face that is then vaporised with a Q-switched laser, removing dead skin cells, unclogging pores, and improving skin tone. Broadband Light (BBL) uses intense pulsed light to treat redness, brown spots, and even skin tone across large areas. Digital Laser Peel provides controlled superficial resurfacing for skin refreshment.
