The protocol is structured as four sequential treatment modes, each targeting a distinct anatomical layer and mechanism of action, delivered within a single 60-minute session with no anaesthetic required and minimal to no downtime. The first mode, SmoothLiftin, is unique among non-surgical rejuvenation protocols: the Nd:YAG laser is applied intraorally (from inside the mouth) using a special handpiece. This heats the mucosal tissue and perioral collagen from the inside, tightening the tissue that supports the lips, nasolabial folds, and lower face — an area otherwise inaccessible by external laser or HIFU. Patients typically feel a gentle warming sensation during this pass.
