The treatment follows a structured three-appointment protocol: an initial consultation (30 minutes) covering smile design, needs analysis, and patient expectations; a preparation appointment (approximately 1 hour) where a conservative amount of enamel is removed and an impression taken for laboratory fabrication; and a placement appointment (approximately 1 hour) where the custom veneers are permanently bonded using high-strength dental cement. Veneers are indicated for patients with significantly discoloured teeth unresponsive to whitening, uneven or chipped teeth, minor alignment issues, gaps, or teeth that are undersized or misshapen. T32's prosthodontic involvement ensures the veneers integrate aesthetically with the patient's broader smile and bite. The porcelain material is highly stain-resistant compared to composite resin alternatives, and with proper care — regular brushing, flossing, and avoiding habits such as nail-biting or using teeth as tools — veneers typically last 15 years or more before replacement is needed. Post-bonding maintenance includes regular dental hygiene appointments to clean around the veneer margins.
