Ultherapy delivers micro-focused ultrasound (MFU-V) energy to the SMAS layer at 3–4.5mm depth, triggering a controlled wound-healing response and new collagen formation. Results develop progressively over 3–6 months and last 12–24 months.

EternaLift RF uses fractional radiofrequency technology to heat the mid-to-deep dermis, tightening existing collagen fibres and stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
