Lip Enhancement Fillers

SW1 Clinic's lip enhancement programme uses premium hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to reshape and volumise the lips with precision. The clinic offers the Revitalift Lips protocol — a structured approach to lip augmentation that addresses multiple aesthetic goals including volume addition, cupid's bow definition, lip border sharpening, vertical lip line reduction (smoker's lines), and corner of mouth lifting.

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body, making it highly biocompatible and reversible with hyaluronidase if needed. Different filler viscosities are selected based on the specific zone of the lip being treated — softer, more mobile gels for the body of the lip to maintain natural movement, and firmer gels for the vermillion border to maintain definition.

A topical anaesthetic cream is applied prior to injection to maximise comfort during the procedure. Dental nerve blocks are also available for patients with lower pain tolerance. Results are immediate and typically last 9–12 months before gradual reabsorption. Patients may experience mild swelling and bruising for 2–5 days post-treatment — this is normal and resolves on its own.
