Implant Crown

The custom crown that completes an implant treatment, fitted onto the integrated titanium post to restore the look and function of the missing tooth. Made in partnership with established Polish prosthetic laboratories, the crown is matched to the neighbouring teeth in shape and shade. It is added once the implant has healed and, if needed, a small uncovering procedure has exposed the post.

Once a dental implant has integrated with the jawbone, the visible part of the tooth is restored with an implant crown. At Supradent Matuszewscy this is the prosthetic stage that follows implant placement: an impression or digital scan is taken, and the crown is produced by one of the clinic's partner laboratories to match the colour, shape and bite of the surrounding teeth. If the implant was left fully covered to heal, a brief uncovering step exposes it so a connecting abutment and the crown can be attached; this uncovering is listed separately on the price list. The finished crown is secured to the implant and adjusted so it meets the opposing teeth comfortably. Because it is supported by the implant rather than by reshaping adjacent teeth, an implant crown is intended to restore chewing and appearance for a single gap without involving the neighbours. Full-ceramic materials are used for a natural look, and the clinic's warranty applies to the prosthetic work. The clinic prices the implant, the crown and any uncovering as distinct items, so the cost of completing the restoration is clear before treatment begins. Fit, materials and timing relative to healing are discussed with the dentist, and good home care and regular hygiene visits are associated with the longevity of implant-supported restorations.
